By purchasing a non-exclusive (simple) commercial license on the site, you receive a high-quality file in EPS/JPG format, as well as the right to use this Design for 10 years without limitation on the territory of use. The licensor reserves the right to grant licenses to other persons.
A non-exclusive commercial license grants the right to:
• use the Design for personal and commercial projects;
• use the Design on physical end products for sale in projects with production rights without limitations on the print run;
• unlimited use of the Design for printing on any surface material;
• rework and modify the Design.
• Under the non-exclusive commercial license, it is prohibited to:
• resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer the original file containing the Work to third parties in any way that allows others to download, extract, or distribute the Work as is or any part of it;
• create conditions for extracting the Work from a product or content;
• use the Work in a way that gives a third party access to it for further use;
• use the Work in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights, third-party trademark rights, or gives rise to claims of unfair advertising or competition;
• use the Work in a way that competes with the Licensor's activities;
• use the Work for illegal purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
